Service Support on KM bizhub pro C5500/1 and C6500/1 machines with Copy Shop News

There will be many owners of the Konica bizhub pro range, the C5500, C5501, C6500 and C6501, who are still getting excellent work out of their machines. This is the range of machines that put Konica Minolta on the production print map and these very same owners were the early adopters which helped build the strength of the brand. Some of the suppliers of these machines are starting to give notice on the service contracts which leaves the owners with a dilemma, “do we continue unsupported or will we have to pay to upgrade to a newer machine?”. In many cases it may be that there is no real requirement to upgrade, it may not be possible financially or there may be other influencing factors such as moving premises or having other challenges that take priority. So what’s the answer? Well quite simply speak to us, we are more than happy to discuss the take over for the bizhub pro machines. We have experience with these machines dating back to their launch and certainly know how we can extend the life of them to help you squeeze the most out of your investment.

Konica Minolta bizhub pro C5500 servicing

I had a conversation with Peter Foulkes of quickprintpro.co.uk fame, this week and his concern was that there would be many  of his subscribers that could find themselves in this position and who may be looking for an alternative solution. We discussed how we would be keen to offer our support to these businesses to offer them continuity. We believe in many cases we should even be able to reduce the click charges they are currently paying too, especially if the machines have been properly serviced. If you would like to explore this with us then please contact us, we will arrange a short visit to assess your requirements and the machine then as long as everyone is happy we can pick up the support straight away. Peter has sent out a news bulletin to his subscribers which you may already have seen  http://www.copyshopnews.co.uk/display_article.aspx?OBJ_ID=5671130 . If you find yourself in this position then please get in touch, we would be delighted to help.
